Maple Manor of Wayne has a long history of outstanding compliance, starting since day one. To date, we have received five Perfect Surveys with Zero Citations. This is nearly impossible!! Every year, five independent state surveyors make a surprise visit to our facility. They conduct an intense 1 week inspection searching for any deficiencies in nursing, therapy, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and overall operations. If you are comparing facilities, just ask how many citations were on their last State Survey.
Following the same footsteps, Maple Manor of Novi, which opened in mid 2014, has already received the Medicare Five Star Award in 2015 and 2016.

Maple Manor achieved the prestigious JCAHO Accreditation. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organizations establishes the highest standard for quality of health care. All hospitals are required to be JCAHO Accredited, whereas it is voluntary for nursing homes. Maple Manor decided to be JCAHO Accredited to demonstrate its commitment to the highest quality of health care. Now that all of our JCAHO policies and procedures are already in place, we decided not to renew our accreditation.
