Orthopedic Rehab

Whether you are recovering from an orthopedic surgery, an orthopedic injury or an orthopedic condition, our rehabilitation team is here to help you return to moving comfortably. Evaluations are completed by the physical therapist and occupational therapists, with specific assessments of the musculoskeletal system, balance, strength, and mobility. Our rehabilitation team then partners with patients to create an individualized plan that starts immediately. The Physiatrist (Rehabilitation Medicine Physician) provides guidance and regular consults on the plan of care. Our state of the art rehabilitation equipment and spacious gym supports daily progress.

For upcoming orthopedic procedures, patients can pre-register with Maple Manor to ensure availability. Staff is available for tours seven days a week.
