Admissions Criteria
Maple Manor treats all injuries from hip and knee replacements, bone fractures, cardiac failure, respiratory illness, wound care, post-surgery recovery, auto injuries, work related injuries, strokes, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord, back injuries, and other medically complex conditions. Admissions criteria includes:
- Patient is medically stable at time of transfer
- Patient demonstrates rehabilitation potential
- Identification of insurance for prior authorization
